Founded by Adriana Garcia Ceja, a Latina entrepreneur with nearly a decade of experience in investment banking, corporate M&A, and strategy consulting for small businesses, Bolivar Progress Partners seeks to provide a more hands-on and personal experience than that of a traditional private equity firm.
