Who We Are

Adriana is the founder and sole principal of Bolivar Progress Partners. She has nearly a decade of expertise working in investment banking, corporate acquisition and strategy, as well as small business operations. Adriana holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Adriana sees herself as a "builder" and is excited to use her skills and experience to help grow a small business into a large one. With her background in investment banking and corporate M&A, she has a keen eye for identifying businesses with high potential and the ability to execute a growth plan.

She believes her mixed background gives her a unique perspective, allowing her to see opportunities that others may not. As a Latina woman, Adriana is also deeply committed to diversity and inclusion in the business world and is passionate about helping other women and minorities achieve their entrepreneurial dreams.
Adriana is a first-generation Mexican American. She moved to the US with her single mother at the age of six and has lived in Miami, New York, Atlanta, and Boston. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Adriana and her husband, Taylor Vaiskunas, met in high school and have been married for over five years. Taylor is a registered nurse with eight years of experience in medical and behavioral healthcare. This experience has given Adriana a unique perspective on the healthcare industry and inspired her to focus Bolivar's investments in the healthcare sector. With her husband's support, she is excited to embark on this new adventure.
